Our Story

How we began in Koidu and why we build for Sierra Leone — with scale in mind.

Our story

From library desk to global impact.
In 2022, while IT Manager at Koidu City Library, Sulaiman Ndamisa began solving local tech gaps that grew into broader impact; he founded CyberBiz Clinic Ltd. in 2023 and incorporated it in 2025 — today we’re building Sierra Leone’s digital infrastructure, one sector at a time.

Our vision

Digital equity for Sierra Leone and beyond.
We envision a world, starting with Sierra Leone and Africa, where access to digital tools, skills, and systems is a standard, not a privilege. Every community should have the opportunity to thrive in a connected world through technology that is ethical, adaptive, and locally relevant.

Our mission

Empowering growth through practical solutions.
We simplify technology to amplify human potential. Through tailored digital services, training, and scalable systems, we help individuals, organizations, and institutions solve real problems, grow their impact, and thrive in today's connected world.

Our approach

Agile. Impact-driven.
We start with listening deeply to understand real challenges. Every solution we design is shaped by community needs and built for measurable results. Through collaboration, continuous learning, and ethical innovation, we transform everyday problems into lasting digital solutions.
